SORA - Canada's 200 km/hr electric superbike

Lito - a Quebec based company is producing an electric powered superbike they've called the SORA that's said to be capable of a 200 km/hr top speed with a range of up to 300 KM.  It's not cheap though at a reported $42,399.  It does feature what they say is the world's first electronic adjustable seat height so you can change your stance on the bike - on the fly.

The battery is said to be a top-of-the-line high density battery that will last the life of the bike. It takes 8 hours for a full charge so I hope you don't have to go anywhere for a while after depleting the battery.

It's very Confederate Hellcat looking to my eyes. The folks at Lito say their bike takes the best styling cues from Bobber and Café Racer/Street Fighter bikes and combines them into a no compromise electric superbike.

No word on when it'll be available exactly but you can reserve a test ride.
